These workshops can range from four hours to two days and work well when combined with other workshops.

Strategic Planning

 

Strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction of your company —by assessing both where you are and where you want to go. The strategic plan gives you a place to record your mission, vision, and values, as well as your long-term goals and the action plans you’ll use to reach them. This may include a SWOT analysis, developing a mission, vision, and values, or creating goals, objectives, and strategies, or it may be a combination of those things. These workshops vary greatly and depending on needs can range from four hours to several sessions over a period of months.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Organizational Development is not about trying something out and seeing what happens. It is an evidence-based and structured process. It is aimed at organizational effectiveness and has several outcomes. These can differ between organizations, but usually, they include performance, customer satisfaction, organizational engagement, and an increased capacity to adapt and renew the organization. This workshop captures part of the other workshops and depending on the topics covered, can range from one to 5 days.

Leadership Development

 

Leadership development programs are crucial to the lasting success of every organization. It is essential to invest in your people to develop expertise and prepare the next generation of leaders. Leadership development boosts employee engagement increasing the organization’s ability to deal with gaps in the talent pipeline, and reduces the headaches and costs associated with turnover. Leadership development also increases people’s ability to respond rapidly in unpredictable business environments. These workshops vary greatly based on need. This could a be a four hour workshop, or up to a 40-hour training.

Change Management

 

The greatest importance of change management is that it provides conceptual scaffolding for people, the process, and the organization implementing change. It is a framework used to support and understand the change and its effect on your organization and your people. Its benefits include: a smooth transition from the old to the new while maintaining morale and productivity, the correct perception of the change for staff and public, minimizing the resistance to change, and improving morale, productivity and quality of work. Depending on the changes, and the number of employees affected, these sessions could range from four hours to several sessions over a few weeks.
